1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vidwud services, including our website, mobile applications, AI-powered tools, and related services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing or using the services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

4. Use of Services

You may use Vidwud only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for the content you upload, create, or generate through the services and for ensuring that your use of the services does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment, a subscription, or Credits. Prices, billing periods, and applicable terms will be displayed before purchase.

For purchases made through our website, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their applicable payment terms.

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the platform or payment provider through which the purchase was made.

6. Credits and Virtual Items

Vidwud may provide virtual Credits that can be used to access certain features or AI services.

Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Except where required by applicable law or applicable platform policies, Credits are non-refundable.

The number of Credits required for different features may vary. We reserve the right to modify Credit consumption rates, availability, or usage rules.

We may also provide free or promotional Credits through promotions, rewards, daily check-ins, or other activities. Such Credits may be subject to expiration dates, usage limits, or other conditions and have no monetary value.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Vidwud.

By using the services, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content you upload.

You must not upload, create, or generate content that:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties
  • Impersonates a real person without authorization
  • Contains unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive material

Your content may be automatically processed as necessary to provide the services you request.

8. AI-Generated Content

Certain Vidwud features use AI systems to generate or modify images, videos, or other content.

AI-generated content is created automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using, publishing, or sharing it.

Vidwud does not guarantee specific results from AI-powered features.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
  • Infringe the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the services
  • Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures
  • Exploit the services for unintended purposes
  • Use the services in a fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or deceptive manner

10. Intellectual Property

Except for user-owned content, all rights, title, and interest in Vidwud services, including software, designs, branding, trademarks, and related materials, belong to Vidwud or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without authorization.

11. Third-Party Services

Vidwud may use or integrate third-party services, including hosting, storage, payment, analytics, authentication, and other technical or operational service providers.

Your use of certain independent third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms, misuse the services, or engage in activities that may harm Vidwud, our users, or third parties.

You may stop using the services at any time.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet every user’s expectations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidwud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Vidwud harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the services, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, practices, or applicable requirements.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
